Collegefest!

Woo!

Every year we get all pumped up for Collegefest. We speculate who the artist might be. Rumors are spread, even a few “not in a million years” artists’ names get tossed around during this time of the year. Then the artist is revealed, followed by either:

A. “Who?”

B. “OMFG!!!!! lyke, i totally <3333 them! ;))))

C. “Darn it, that is not who I wished to be selected for this particaluar collegiate festival.”

The artist has not been announced yet, but when it is, whether you find you’re self saying A or B or C, consider that not everyone will be pleased by the selection. We can’t revive the Beatles, and other than them (and maybe not even them) there isn’t one band, one singer, one group that appeals to every single LMU student’s taste.

In the mean time, I can tell you that Collegefest will be held on Sunday, March 29th IN SUNKEN GARDENS.

I repeat. IN SUNKEN GARDENS. Did you catch that part? about Collegefest being in Sunken Gardens? Not the gym, not the lair, not the controllers office in U Hall. SUNKEN GARDENS. Remember that fiasco about no more outdoor concerts? Yea, well. umm… scratch that.

Also, it will be held in the early afternoon and it will be free of charge. So get excited, get pumped, and…and..get Collegefest-ed?
